On behalf of the chapter and citizens of the City of Detroit, we salute Mumford HS Alumnus Alisha J. Thurmond as she prepares for her May graduation. She has been currently working as an intern on THE PROSPECTORS REVEALS Gospel Show on WMKM 1440AM in Detroit Michigan. This show is hosted by Professor Jacquline Duncan, Rev. Charles Williams, Sheree McLaughlin and, Detroit City Council President Pro Tem George Cushingberry Jr. We are proud that another DPS graduate will become a proud Alabama State Alumni member giving back to the community and inspiring others to pursue a college education.
